Founded on the belief that education and mentorship can transform lives, the Sini Foundation bridges local initiatives like Sini Academy in Bamako with international outreach programs to create pathways to success at home and abroad.

Sini Academy
Bamako, Mali
Launched in 2025 and led by Founder Ibrahim Famouke Doumbia, Sini Academy provides a community learning center focused on English development, AI & technical skills, career development for student athletes, and exchange student preparedness.

Programs
Student Athlete Pathway Program
Housing, training, video analysis, scouting reports, mental coaching and mentorship to secure international scholarships for each student.
Elite Training Program
Professional trainers prepare male & female athletes (ages 9–18) with skill development, conditioning, and exposure aligned with global standards.
AI & Technical Skills
Hands-on courses to prepare students for the future workforce, including basic AI literacy and applied project work.
Farming & Agribusiness
Practical training in sustainable farming, agritech, and agribusiness skills. Students learn modern techniques for food production, resource management, and entrepreneurship to support local communities and global food security.

Global Outreach
Led by Co-Founder EJ Anosike, our global outreach hosts basketball camps, mentorship events, and cultural exchanges that connect students to international experiences and inspiration.

Annual Shoe Drive
Our annual shoe drive has distributed over 3,000 pairs of shoes across Africa and internationally, supporting displaced and underprivileged children and encouraging participation in education and sports.
Ibrahim Famouke Doumbia — Founder
Educator, athlete, and community leader from Mali; launched Sini Academy to create accessible, practical education and global pathways for students.
Ejimofor "EJ" Anosike — Co-Founder
Nigerian-American professional basketball player, community leader, and global outreach director — blends sports, business and philanthropy into the foundation's growth strategy.
Moustapha Diaoune — Founder
Entrepreneur and financial strategist; oversees the foundation’s business operations, partnerships, and financial growth to ensure long-term sustainability and impact.
Our Story
Ibrahim Famouke Doumbia and EJ Anosike met as teenagers in the U.S., bonded over their African roots, and shared a dream to create opportunities for youth. Their journey from collegiate success to professional careers abroad inspired Sini Foundation and Sini Academy. Alongside them, co-founder Moustapha Diaoune, who took the same classes with Famouke in college, manages operations and partnerships to ensure the foundation’s growth and impact. We also honor childhood friend Kassoum, who grew up with them in Mali and has been vital in shipping shoes to children across Africa. Together, this team empowers youth through education, mentorship, and sports.
